Coordinating five distinct brand identities in a single event space is no small task. Everything from the entrance to the hospitality areas needed to feel cohesive, considered, and consistent. A mismatched or generic setup would have undermined the entire occasion.

What We Delivered
We developed a complete event materials package, designed to elevate the guest experience from arrival to departure. Every element was produced to the brand specifications of all five manufacturers.
- Bespoke Double-Sided Tunnel (2.7m high x 2.5m long x 2.3m wide). A custom-built entrance structure that created an immediate impression and set the tone before guests had even stepped inside.
- Feather Flag Kits (3m flags, 4m poles with water tank bases). High-visibility exterior signage that signaled something special was happening well before anyone reached the door.
- Chrome Posts and Red Ropes VIP-standard space definition that reinforced the premium nature of the event throughout.
- Café Banners with Matching Chrome Posts Branded hospitality areas that maintained a consistent, polished aesthetic from one end of the venue to the other.
- Entrance Mats A brand-consistent welcome underfoot, tying together the complete guest journey.
