CO2 emissions on the way down for new cars

Recently published figures show the average drop in CO2 emissions is down by 4.5% in 2009 compared to the same time last year in 2008. The average CO2 emissions now being 153.9 g/Km. Car manufacturers are cutting the CO2 emissions by cars with Mini leading the way being the lowest CO2 manufacturer. Ford has seen the best improvement by launching their new KA and Fiesta models.
