Personalised Dealer Merchandise: Handler Protect’s World Cup 2026 Campaign
Personalised dealer merchandise done well doesn’t just land on a desk and get forgotten. It gets worn, photographed, shared, and talked about. That’s exactly what happened when Handler Protect asked us to produce over 1,000 personalised World Cup jerseys for their nationwide dealer network.
This was more than a promotional product order. It was a direct mail campaign designed to land with impact, drive engagement, and strengthen relationships with every dealer in the Handler Protect network.

The Brief
Handler Protect wanted to do something memorable for their dealers ahead of the World Cup 2026. The concept was straightforward but well thought through. Every dealership in the network would receive a personalised jersey, printed with their dealership name on the back, delivered directly to their site as a direct mail piece.
To make it work at scale, that meant producing over 1,000 individual jerseys. Each one personalised. Each one packed correctly and delivered to the right address across a nationwide network. No room for mix-ups.
Alongside each jersey, a printed insert card was included inviting dealers to take part in the Handler World Cup 2026 Dealer Challenge. Wear the jersey, take a photo or video, send it to their Handler rep. The most creative entry wins a framed jersey with the dealership logo. Simple, engaging, and easy to get involved with.

What We Produced
Our team managed the full production and fulfilment process from start to finish. Here’s what was involved:
- 1,000+ personalised jerseys each printed with the individual dealership name on the back.
- Individual direct mail fulfilment one jersey per dealership, packed and delivered directly to site.
- Printed insert cards the Handler World Cup 2026 Dealer Challenge details, produced and inserted into every pack.
- Nationwide distribution coordinated delivery across the entire Handler Protect dealer network.

Why Personalised Dealer Merchandise Works
Generic promotional products get a lukewarm response. When a dealer opens a package and sees their own dealership name on the back of a jersey, it lands differently.
The timing was important too. With the World Cup generating huge public interest, Handler Protect gave their dealers something relevant, timely, and genuinely engaging to connect with. The competition element added another layer, encouraging dealers to actively participate and share content on social media throughout the tournament.
That kind of organic engagement is difficult to buy. A well-executed personalised dealer merchandise campaign creates it naturally.

The Result
Over 1,000 personalised jerseys landed across the Handler Protect dealer network as part of a fully coordinated direct mail campaign. Dealers responded, shared photos and videos on social media, and the Handler Protect brand was visible across forecourts throughout the World Cup.
The competition kept engagement going well beyond the initial delivery, with dealers submitting entries and Handler Protect sharing the best ones across their own channels. That kind of sustained engagement is hard to achieve with a standard mailer.
It is a great example of what is possible when a strong promotional concept is backed by solid production and reliable fulfilment. The idea was Handler Protect’s. Making it happen at scale was ours.
