Permanent Clear Vinyl Permanent adhesive can only be removed by solvents and is made to be non-removable. Removing a permanent label usually results in the label being damaged or in most cases completely destroyed.
Removable Clear Vinyl Removable adhesive can be removed from the surface on which it was placed. Upon removal, the sticker is not destroyed and the adhesive stays with the sticker, not on the surface. This can then be stuck to another surface if neccesary.
