Well done to Stuart Pearson in his first race competing in the Ginetta GT5 Challenge Cup at Oulton Park last Saturday. Stuart Pearson who won the G20 Challenge cup last year competed in his first race in his G40 on slick tyres. It was a damp start but the rain held and the track became dryer as the day progressed. Ginetta Press day at Silverstone 5/03/12

Portfolio Display are proud to sponsor Stuart Pearson Racing. We designed and applied the racing livery for Stuart Pearson’s Ginetta G40. Stuart will compete in the Ginetta Challenge this year after winning the 2011 championship in his Ginetta G20.

We wanted the car to really stand out on the race grid and complement it’s sponsors Blackdown and Drymotive. The car’s design was influenced from the movie Aliens vs. Predator. Ten concepts were sent out via facebook for the public to chose their favourite design.

A Ginetta press day was held at Silverstone yesterday where the final designed car gained a lot of attention. Celebrities there included Patrick Stewart, Comedy Dave, Nick Knowles and Kelvin Warren (aka. Andy Sugden from Emmerdale). We … Continue reading

Winners of Small to Medium Sized Business of the Year 2011

Portfolio Display were proud to win the “Small to Medium Sized Company of the Year” at the Halifax Courier Awards 2011, which covers the Calderdale region in West Yorkshire.

Almost 400 people attended the event, which was one of the largest ever held hosted by Clare Frisby from BBC News. This is a great achievement for all the team at Portfolio Display who have worked extremely hard these last 12 months.

The award comes just before our move to new premises, which will be a great boost to take the company forward. We’d like to also thank our clients for working with Portfolio and helping to take us to new heights.

New Biodegradable Display Graphics for the Responsible Business

Portfolio Display have launched a new range of biodegradable printed graphics under their Enviroprint section. This new range of environmentally friendly printed products will be an attractive alternative for companies looking to reduce their carbon footprint. Most products use media that is biodegradable and will break down in landfill conditions.

Products include biodegradable banners, banner stands, bunting, posters, display panels, stickers and number plate covers. We are pleased to announce we have once again been Shortlisted for the Small to Medium Enterprise of the year, at the Halifax Courier business awards. We came runner up last year so fingers crossed for this years award.

Last years evening was a very professional event and attracts a lot of businesses from the Calderdale area. The event easily compares to events we’ve been to in London. The event will be held on November 17th, so we will let all our readers know how we got on very soon.

Sytner Select Portfolio Display for Their Car Forecourt Signage

The Sytner Group are the 2nd largest motor group in the UK. They approached Portfolio Display to develop a range of products for their new Sytner Select programme.
