If you are not 100% happy with your purchase then your goods can be returned for a full refund, or replacement (excluding carriage charges).
To ensure a refund, please follow these simple steps. Conformity to do so may invalidate a claim.
- The product should be unused in its original packaging
- Unassembled if assembly is required
- The product must be returned within 7 working days of receipt of delivery.
- Please advise our sales team via email / phone / letter / fax that a return is being made before the goods are sent.
- A credit will be issued on the price of the goods only (excludes carriage), unless the goods were faulty / damaged.
- If goods are returned damaged, we can’t be held responsible and the refund will be invalid. (Unless the goods were signed for as damaged when delivered to you). See damaged goods for more details.
