European Delivery Information

Our European delivery service is calculated based on the Zone that your country falls into and the total weight of your parcel.

Below you will find a list of the Zones and also the delivery times. All of our European deliveries are sent by land and the times listed are approximate and could be longer, due to delays or customs clearance.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated once you have selected your Country from the drop down menu in the Basket area of the shopping cart.

If you place your order before 15:00pm Monday to Friday, your goods will be sent out that day.

Orders will be delivered between 08:30am and 18:00pm Monday to Friday. If you are not in to take delivery of your items then a card will be left, with details about scheduling another delivery. We suggest having your goods delivered to a works address if you know you won't be in.

Orders Placed on a Weekend 
If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, then your goods will be despatched the following Monday.

Bank Holidays
All orders placed on a bank holiday will be despatched on the next working day. We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday, so all orders will be delivered on the following working day.

Customs Charges
Any customs or import duties added on import are chargeable once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Portfolio Display has no control over these charges and is not able to estimate what they could be.  Each country has it's own customs policies and these can vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
